Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Jeff Analytics (“Jeff”, the “Service”), operated by Niro Digital d.o.o., you agree to these terms. If you install the Jeff Shopify app, these terms apply in addition to Shopify's Partner and Developer terms.

2. Service Description

Jeff is a web and e-commerce analytics platform that provides real-time dashboards, AI-powered insights, conversion funnels, user segmentation, and event tracking. For Shopify merchants, Jeff syncs store data (orders, customers, products) and installs a Web Pixel for storefront analytics.

3. Account & Access

You must create an account to use Jeff. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code without appropriate restrictions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Jeff to collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Send personally identifiable information (PII) in event properties unless you have a lawful basis to do so
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access Jeff's source code
• Use the Service to track users without appropriate consent where required by law
• Exceed reasonable API usage limits or attempt to circumvent rate limiting

5. Shopify Integration

When you connect a Shopify store to Jeff, you grant us permission to access your store data through the Shopify Admin API using the scopes you approve during installation. We use this data exclusively to provide analytics within your Jeff dashboard.

You may disconnect your Shopify store at any time from Jeff's settings or by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. Upon uninstallation, we cease data collection immediately and delete Shopify-sourced data upon receiving Shopify's redaction webhook.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you send to Jeff. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time.

7. Availability & Support

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide support via email and will respond to critical issues within 24 hours on business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jeff is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niro Digital d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data loss.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
